The Individuation Series of five large canvases has a written description of the process of Jungian Individuation ( see video link) in five progressive steps of paintings from the initial abstract idea to the last painting as a more refined version of the same individual. Individuation refers to the process of refinement a person may experience through life as they define their individuality. This life progression takes place over time, hence the sequence of five paintings showing from the initial abstract to the more concrete but still fluid state.
